Description:London Records present the first vinyl reissue of Happy Mondays' Bummed, originally released in 1988. Like many an influential album in rock history, the cultural significance of Happy Mondays' Bummed was apparent to precious few listeners upon it's first release on November 5th, 1988. Within a decade or two, Bummed would be hailed as one of the best records of the '80s, often by the self-same publications that had slated it back in the day - a harbinger of the seismic shift about to take place in British popular music, away from the squeaky-clean, corporately ordained pop-radio fodder which had increasingly dominated the charts since punk, and back towards the more aggressive, unruly, and experience-hungry urges which had always pulsed through rock n' roll. Artwork lovingly replicated by original Manchester designers Central Station Design. Featured the singles "Wrote For Luck" and "Lazyitis - One Armed Boxer". 180 gram vinyl; gatefold sleeve with embossing; printed inner-sleeve; includes download code., Runningtime: 00:00:00, Artwork [Art]: Central Station Design, Banjo: Horseman, Bass: Paul Ryder, Drums: Gary Whelan, Engineer [Strawberry]: Laurence Diana, Engineer [The Slaughterhouse]: Colin Richardson, Engineer [The Slaughterhouse]: John Spence, Guitar: Mark Day, Keyboards: Paul Davis (4), Lacquer Cut By: Barry Grint, Percussion: Dave Hassel, Percussion: Mark Berry (2), Piano: Steve Hopkins, Producer: Martin Hannett, Songwriter: Happy Mondays, Vocals: Shaun Ryder, Labelcode LNDN5521286.1 (LMS5521286, FACT 220), Phonographic Copyright (p) London Music Stream Ltd., Copyright (c) London Music Stream Ltd., Recorded At The Slaughterhouse, Engineered At The Slaughterhouse, Engineered At Strawberry Studios, Mixed At Strawberry Studios, Published By Warner Chappell Music Ltd., Published By Universal Publishing Ltd, Published By Sony/ATV Music Publishing (UK) Ltd., Lacquer Cut At Alchemy Mastering, Pressed By MPO

Funny music, funny performance. That's exactly how it should sound in nirvana :). It listens very easily. The sound is excellent - dynamic and detailed. The stage is wide, the balance is even. The outer envelope is very beautiful - the design is to my taste. The inner envelope is without antistatic, and the photo of a naked woman on it is disgusting. The disc is flat and heavy. The mass is quiet, I didn't hear any clicks. In general, the cover, the CD and the content are good - 5 out of 5. I recommend this album to the music library.
