Field Works: Ultrasonic by Various, released 26 June 2020, includes the following tracks: "Night Swimming", "Sodalis", "A Place Both Wonderful And Strange" and more. This version of Field Works: Ultrasonic comes as a 1xLP. The vinyl is pressed as a opaque disc. -

Tracks use the echolocation of Bats as compositional source material. Ultrasonic is part of a broader storytelling project about the federally endangered Indiana Bat. Funded by the IUPUI Arts & Humanities Institute and the National Geographic Society. All source audio edited and recorded by Stuart Hyatt in association with the ISU Center for Bat Research, Outreach and Conservation and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. Audio consulting by Jeremy Radway. Tracks numbered sequentially, regardless of sides. Each copy includes an of?cially printed booklet of The Endangered Species Act of 1973.
