This edition is issued in a standard jewel case with a black tray, a slipcase, a 24-page booklet and an inlay. "March Of The Dead" is a rehearsal recorded live in 1984 or 1985. Additional track information: "Paternoster", "Spaced Out", "Last Night For The Demons" and "Prediction" are taken from the EP [r=3297512], that was released in 1986. "Rising Insane", "Just Want Some Rush" and "Too Late To Change" were originally released are taken from the demo EP [r=10844593], that was released in 2000. "Fucking Bastard", "Submission" and "Presence" are previously unreleased. These songs were recorded during the same recording session as the songs from the demo EP, that was released in 2000. "March Of The Dead" is previously unreleased.
