The record effortlessly blends instrumental math-rock with elements of post-rock and post-metal, juxtaposing delicate melodies with propulsive rhythms and, for the first time, feature Yvette Young singing on several tracks. Since the release of their Triple Crown Records debut Effloresce in 2018, Covet has toured throughout the world supporting numerous artists including Dance Gavin Dance, Polyphia, Periphery, Don Broco to name a few as well as their first US headline tour in the summer of 2019. The band once again recorded with producer Mike Watts (The Dear Hunter, Glassjaw, Hail The Sun).
