Double Sun offers a bunch of Stoner Rock-tracks with some ingredients of Space Rock. On the basis of driving drums and grooving bass-lines a heavy-riffing guitar creates a massive sound-wall. In the longer tracks as "Mountain" or "Öresund" dominates the organ with some heavy solo-parts which remind on 70s hammond-patterns and with some spacy ornaments in the tradition of Hawkwind. There are dynamic parts and slower ones as the beginning of the title-track. This track is different because the guest-guitarist B. Klakegg plays a distinct lead guitar. The sound of the CD is transparent and well balanced.
