This is The Who about a year before Tommy. Vinyl 1 certainly has it's moments splitting between 2 minute hits and longer jams on "Relax" and "A quick one". I especially like the "hard rauwck" section at the end if vinyl 1..."Shaking all over" is especially potent. From me: 5 stars
