All other instruments recorded at Daniel Gildenlöw's. Limited 2CD Mediabook edition with expanded artwork (48-page booklet stapled to spine), two transparent trays, bonus CD with 4 bonus tracks (from 2-1 to 2-4) and white hype sticker with black font.
