Das neue, neunte Album von The Boxmasters aus Kalifornien. Mitglied und SÃ¤nger der Band ist Oscar Gewinner und Schauspieler Billy Bob Thornton. Nachdem sie ihre "Speck"-Tournee 2019 im Herbst abgeschlossen hatten, taten The Boxmasters' Bud und J.D. das Ã?bliche und gingen mit ein paar Songs zurÃ¼ck ins Studio und begannen mit den Aufnahmen. Ein weiteres Album mit dem Titel "Boxmasters '66" war bereits vor der Tournee fertig, so dass der Aufnahmeprozess nur mit der Idee begann, dass die neuen Lieder eine Folge davon sein wÃ¼rden. Aus den KlÃ¤ngen der Vox Jaguar-, Mellotron- und Farfisa-Keyboards formten die Boxmasters ihre 9. VerÃ¶ffentlichung Light Rays. Light Rays wird das erste Album von The Boxmasters sein, das aufgrund des Coronavirus keine darauf basierende Tournee zur UnterstÃ¼tzung der VerÃ¶ffentlichung haben wird. -

2020 release. After completing their 2019 Speck tour in the fall, The Boxmasters' Bud and J.D. did as they ordinarily do and went back to the studio with a few songs and started recording. Another album titled Boxmasters '66 was already finished before the tour, so with only the idea that the new songs would be a follow-up to that the recording process began. Drawing upon the sounds of the Vox Jaguar, Mellotron and Farfisa keyboards The Boxmasters formed their ninth release Light Rays.
