Japanese original release. One of the greatest masterpieces of all genres "Head Hunters" from Herbie Hancock finally becomes SACD multi (4ch) hybrid format reissue. Remastered in 2020. 7inch cardboard sleeve packaging.

Hybrid SACD in 7" style packaging. Heavy card sleeve with reversable cap obi, within an outer resealable bag. Includes a 170 x 170mm twenty page booklet featuring three sets of liner notes and a transcription of a 1974 interview, all in Japanese. Three further single sheet inserts are included: a facsimile of the original 1974 Japanese LP insert, backed by Herbie Hancock's liner notes from the 1996 remastered edition in English and Japanese; and two more detailing available Quadrophonic equipment, releases and technology. The disc is held on a 160mm circular card with plastic hub within a shaped polythene bag.
