I ordered the wrong adapter and it didn’t fit the plug on a Grunig hooded hair dryer which I ordered at the same time. The delivery arrived extremely quickly and was well packed. I contacted customer service about which adapter was suitable for the UK. An adviser, think named Tony, responded and said he’d look into it. The following morning there was an email, unfortunately in German which I didn’t understand. Three days ago an adapter plug arrived in the post from the Netherlands but no correspondence. I now realise this adapter must have been instigated by the kind customer service person. Amazing service and I’m most grateful, many thanks.
