Heal My Soul is composed of 12 songs recorded during a three year period (1996-98) of intense creativity. Holding On features five more studio tracks from this time period, along with a live performance from Rockefeller Music Hall.

This special 2 CD set features several new mixes and revised liner notes. For the first time, Heal My Soul is paired with its award winning companion piece, Holding On.
