The band line-up consisting of brothers Nic Cester and Chris Cester, Cameron Muncey and Mark Wilson was formed in 2002. Later that year, the band released the â??Dirty Sweetâ?? EP, whose initial 1000 copies quickly sold out. Subsequent to this, Elektra Records offered the band a recording contract and the following year on 14th September 2003, â??Get Bornâ? was released. The album has gone on to sell over 4 million copies worldwide including platinum status in USA, UK and Australia. The album spawned five Top 40 hit singles in the UK including â??Rollover DJâ??, â??Cold Hard Bitchâ??, â??Look What Youâ??ve Doneâ?? and the track that was the lead single from the album, â??Are You Gonna Be My Girlâ??.
