Medieval space rock wizards, Gandalfâ??s Fist, celebrate the 10-year anniversary of their debut album with a special edition re-imagining of the entire record, entitled â??The (Re)Master and the Monkey.â? Awash with swashbuckling acoustics, crunching riffs and soaring synths, what is surely one of the most bizarre and psychedelically allegorical concept albums in living memory has been completely re-worked and re-recorded from the ground up and features brand new narrative elements that bring the release firmly in line with their critically acclaimed â??Clockworkâ? Saga. -

Release celebrates the 10th anniversary of [r=11257926] with a completely re-recorded album with 8 new tracks. Drums pre-mixed at Friggin'-Bright-Windows Studios, Lower-Saxony, Germany. Packaged in a single jacket with a 12" 2-page color graphic insert that includes the entire script with lyrics on the backside as well as hype and download code stickers affixed to the shrink wrap on the front. Some copies came with a DIN A4 flyer announcing a pre-order for another 10-year anniversary record. Side B ends with an exclusive narration ending the story, ending up in a locked groove that loops the final 1.8 seconds. The text of the additional narration ending is not on the insert.
