Seven inch vinyl pressing. Scorpio and His People remains a mystery with the only possible clue that the band hailed from Los Angeles or Long Beach California. Originally released in 1972 on a private label, this double A side is a heavy slab of psychedelic and gritty funk complete with female vocals in a similar style and vein as Dee Edwards or Little Ann.

2019 repress of the 2012 reissue. Originally released in 1972 [see: [r=3757879]]. The sides have been 'flipped' on this reissue repress. Catalogue number on Barcode sticker: F-SCR001 Catalogue number on runouts: SC001 This release has an exact reproduction of the original 1972 singles' labels, so shows the record label as 'International Hits' and the catalogue number as IH-711
