Voices 2 is a whole body of new work, featuring 10 brand new pieces, purely instrumental. Described by Max Richter as â??a place to thinkâ?, VOICES was a response to our tempestuous political climate and the enduring need for compassion. VOICES 2 develops this principle, continuing and intensifying the â??place to thinkâ? concept. While the first part of the project focuses on the text of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, VOICES 2 extends the musical language into a purely instrumental and abstract direction. -

2021 release. "I described Voices 'a piece of music as a place to think', and Voices 2 develops this principle. In a sense this second record is a space to look at the questions raised by the first record. Voices 2 extends the musical language into a purely instrumental and abstract direction. Where the first part of the project is very focused on the text of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, the 2nd part opens up a musical space to let these words and ideas sink in." - Max Richter.
