The golden years are strongly represented in Rock And Roll Vixens 4 (KM-CD-119) the girls' lungs are full of air as they blast our desirable Rhythm & Blues and Rock 'n' Roll music, occasionally with some male assistance. The album is predominantly about, love, dancing, having fun and the occasional warning to get your hands off my man! The earliest recordings from 1954 and 1955 are provided by a quartet of ladies, Gloria Mann, Edna McGriff, Donna Hightower, Eunice Davis. Then it's full rocking and rolling with the teens joining the established artists in a melee for a hit; Linda Hopkins, The Bobbettes, Teen Queens, battle with established artists, Ella Johnson, and Katie Webster with assistance from Ashton Conroy to gain a chart hit. The 1960s found again new and established artists keeping the previous decades' music alive namely, Dee Dee Sharp, Betty O'Brien, Tiny Topsy and many more. Our albums have; stunning designs, the songs are remastered for the best possible sound.
