Out of any classification of musical genre, CONFUSIONAL QUARTET is a distillation of the creativity and freedom of expression that in 1977 put Bologna at the center of the international cultural scene. CONFUSIONAL QUARTET is one of the most recognized Italian bands in the so-called new wave era, a period ranging from the late seventies to the mid-eighties. Formed in 1978, they had quite enthusiastic consent during their activity, playing a mixture of instrumental, avant-garde, experimental rock. This record places the CONFUSIONAL QUARTET in the history of Italian alternative music.
