Description: | Renaissance was originally formed in London in 1969. In 1973 Annie Haslam joined the group on vocals. They released many Billboard charting albums throughout the seventies. During those years the band broadcast many live performances over the BBC. BBC Sessions is a 2 CD set with recording dates from May 8th 1975 through August 19th 1978. This 2-disc CD features over two hours of these legendary broadcasts.Released by arrangement with BBC Music.
Recorded 8 May 1975 (track 2-6); 25 March 1976 (tracks 1-1, 1-6); 6 January 1977 (tracks 1-5, 2-1, 2-2, 2-3, 2-4, 2-5); 19 August 1978 (tracks 1-2, 1-3, 1-4).
