2009 digitally remastered two-fer containing a pair of albums arranged and conducted by Benny Golson: Just Jazz! And Pop + Jazz = Swing (both released in 1962). The original album Just Jazz featured Benny Golson's arrangements of well known standards performed by an all-star group including Bill Evans, Eric Dolphy and Wayne Shorter. Recorded in the early days of stereo experimentation, the second album here was first issued as Triple Play Stereo: Pop + Jazz = Swing, featuring the Jazz group on the right channel, and a pop group playing the same song or a related tune on the left channel. 20 tracks total.
