'Aparato Raro' album was originally released in 1985 and is one of the most revered records in Chile, with its 10 new wave / techno pop influenced tracks. Aparato Raro's (Santiago, Chile) techno pop influenced debut album created a sound with synthesizers as their basic instrument, that was something new for Chile. With the college and intellectual circuits as their fan base, the album had radio hits such as 'Calibraciones' and 'Ultimatum', that became 80-s rock classics in the country.
