Along with the singles â??Under My Wheelsâ? and â??Be My Lover,â? the record also includes â??Yeah, Yeah, Yeah,â? â??Desperado,â? and the prog-rock-inspired epic â??Halo Of Flies.â? The bonus material features alternate takes for â??You Drive Me Nervous,â? â??Under My Wheels,â? and â??Dead Babies.â? The collection also gives fans an unreleased live recording of the bandâ??s performance at Mar Y Sol Pop Festival in Puerto Rico on April 2, 1972. Recorded a few months before the band returned to the studio to make Schoolâ??s Out, the show previews â??Public Animal #9â? from the upcoming album. The band played most of Killer during the concert, including â??You Drive Me Nervous,â? â??Under My Wheels,â? and â??Halo Of Flies.â? Yes, Alice Cooper's second release is all that and more, a 1971 set that both followed up on the breakthrough success of Love It To Death and solidified he and his band's position as rock's most notorious, shocking, violent, sleazy, and theatrical unit. And then some. Killer finds the group further honing it's heavy rock sound while hinting at the more complex song structures that would appear on subsequent releases.
