Oriundo is an album by Simone Prattico, released in 2021. After the release of Brooklyn Sessions in 2016, he returns with a new project called â??Oriundoâ? for October 2021. â??Oriundoâ? (meaning a person whose parents were immigrants) promises energic jazz, mainly focused on the complex and delicate rhythms of the drums. From â??Tangerâ? to the â??Quartieri Spagnoliâ? (the Spanish Quarters), Simone transcribes the palpable life energy of those places through his music. Elegant, spontaneously dynamic and definitely modern.
