The songs chosen are often a lesser-known title and the music is not ostensibly collector direction obscure, the songs are ideal for all-around listening be it, cruising down the highway, entertaining friends at home, or due to the clear Atomicat mastering blasting from the speakers at your record hop of choice. Rockin' Up A Storm Issue 03 Atomicat Records (ACCD095) fires off with Eddie Fontaine and, Cool It Baby which is a song of warning, everyone is looking, make with the dancing not loving, and the album ends with loving in mind from Ferlin Husky who wants the girl of his dreams to be his? Prize Possession. The killer sounds filling up the album includes: Don Head whose Goin' Strong, Big Dave and His Orchestra are in a dancing mood, Let's Bop, and The Individuals add their style to La Bamba. That something different embraces: British artist Billy Fury who for many people is one of the best home-grown rockers, and here he rearranges The Drifters classic as You're Having The Last Dance With Me, Jo Ann Campbell has man problems, Wassa Matter With You Baby, as does Joanie Sommers who is pushing her guy during, Johnny Get Angry, and Boyd Bennett and His Rockets provide the album title Rockin' Up A Storm.
