Limited 180gm gold and black marbled vinyl LP pressing in gatefold jacket. Expanded edition featuring various mixes of the singles, B-sides "Give Me My Freedom" and "Man In The Iron Mask" + live versions of "No Parlez" and "Bite The Hand That Feeds". The British singer Paul Young gained his highest level of commercial success with his second album The Secret Of Association, which featured several hit singles. The album's most notable single was his cover of Daryl Hall's "Every Time You Go Away", which hit #1 on the US single charts and #4 in the UK. In addition, the album features "I'm Gonna Tear Your Playhouse Down", "Everything Must Change" and "Tomb of Memories", which all charted well.
Includes 'bonus tracks' on the second disc, consisting of previously released 12" versions, a B side ("Give Me My Freedom") and a song that appeared on the original cassette/CD issues ("Man In The Iron Mask"). Note that the 12" version of "Tomb Of Memories" was unreleased at the time of the original single issue, but subsequently appeared on the 2007 deluxe 2 CD reissue of the album. This is its only appearance on vinyl at this time. Also of note is that the last 2 tracks on the B side of the original vinyl issues of the album are now moved to being the first 2 tracks on the second disc. Tracks D5 & D6 Recorded Live at the Hammersmith Odeon, 10 May 1985. 500 copies were signed by Paul Young on the sleeve as an exclusive for those ordered via the 'Super Deluxe Edition' webstore. These are accompanied by a full colour photo of Paul signing the sleeves. Although the discs appear to be opaque, they are in fact translucent when light is behind them.
