Paul DiBartolo, Rob De Luca(also member of UFO), Tommi Gallo and Ray West are Spread Eagle, one of the last bands to debut onto the remnants of the shattering glam metal scene, and they made as much of their short stay as they could with this screeching, powerful self-titled debut.
