Die Saturday Saints sahen sich gezwungen, dieses neues Album namens â??Anhedoniaâ?? aufzunehmen, weil sie das GefÃ¼hl hatten, ihr volles Potenzial als Band noch nicht gezeigt zu haben. â??Dies ist unser erster Versuch, bei dem alle Songs durch einen Haupt-Songwriter gefiltert werden, um eine zusammenhÃ¤ngende Bandrichtung und einen zusammenhÃ¤ngenden Sound zu gewÃ¤hrleistenâ??, sagen sie. â??Ein Songwriter gab uns eine Blaupause, nach der wir arbeiten konnten, sodass jedes Mitglied der Band dem Quellmaterial seine eigene kreative Note verleihen und den Gesamtsound der Platte beeinflussen konnte.â?? With layered compositions that range from tranquil oases to swirling riffs Inhalo is as diverse as an alternative progressive rock band can be. A seamless blend of serene and ferocious elegantly held together by an emotional performance. Tension and release, like a ballet dancer gracefully tiptoeing on a volcanic caldera. Inhalo is no newcomer. All of the band members have earned their stripes over the years playing tours all over the continent in bands such as A Liquid Landscape, Ivy's Dream and The Heaven's Devils, supporting bands like Karnivool, Riverside and Marillion. After years of working on their music with scene icons like Jochem Jacobs (Textures) and Forrester Savell (Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus), the four Dutchmen have now teamed up with Construction Records for the release of their debut album. 'Sever' is a passionate musical journey about dealing with anxiety and the process of growth within it's confines. A journey in which beauty can lull you into a false sense of security before it pulls the rug from under your feet and sends you hurtling down it's fiery pits. Construction Records is the brand new Dutch progressive-sympho rock-metal label that was officially launched in early 2022 as part of Suburban Music Group (NL) which also includes record label Suburban Records and Suburban Marketing & Distribution. The Dutch prog-rock band Inhalo is the first band to be signed by the label and 'Sever' is the first own release.

Released in a gatefold sleeve, pressed on 180 grams vinyl. Tracks are listed sequentially on the label.
