Honorary doctorates: Berklee College of Music and Redlands University. Orrin Evans: pianist, composer, teacher, passionate about helping people through the power of artistry in various forms. He led the Grammy nominated Captain Black Big Band, co-led the nerve-rattling collective trio Tarbaby.
