Anne Marie Almedal was the singer in the band Velvet Belly, one of Norway's most popular bands in in 1990's. Since then she has pursued an even more successful solo career, with highlights like the theme song from the TV series HimmelblÃ¥/Blue Sky Blue, her versions of Paint it Black and Love Song, and songs like Sheltering Sky and You Keep Me At Arm's Length from her previous album "Lightshadow" (with more than 1 million Spotify streams combined). The new album We Dance Alone will be released in May 2022. The new album is mixed by renowned British mixer/producer Tim Bran (London Grammar, Birdy, Halsey, La Roux, The Verve, Walking on Cars, Bloc Party). -
