Post-apokalyptischer Death Metal. Die Technical Metal Masters SOREPTION wurden 2005 in Sundsvall, Schweden, gegrÃ¼ndet und sind bekannt fÃ¼r ihre messerscharfen technischen Riffs, schizophrenen Taktarten, gekrÃ¶nt von eingÃ¤ngigem Grooves und intensivem Gesang. Daraus haben sie ihren Signature-Sound geschaffen, nie erreicht von anderen modernen Bands, mit einer starken Fan-AnhÃ¤ngerschaft im RÃ¼cken. Das DebÃ¼talbum der Band, Deterioration Of Minds, verschaffte der Band groÃ?e Aufmerksamkeit, 2010 von Ninetone Records verÃ¶ffentlicht und 2014 von Unique Leader Records wiederverÃ¶ffentlicht. Etliche weitere Alben stÃ¤rkten ihren guten Ruf. 2022 markiert die RÃ¼ckkehr von SOREPTION auf Unique Leader Records mit dem mit Spannung erwarteten neuen Album â??Jordâ??, gemischt und gemastert von Buster Odeholm und mit Artwork von Caelan Stokkerman. Die Band kommentiert es so: â??Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt, wie bei jedem Album von Anfang an, darauf, Death Metal mit einer Mischung aus Technik und Groove zu schreiben. Das Ziel ist es, diese beiden Elemente zu erhÃ¶hen und das mehr und mehr mit jeder VerÃ¶ffentlichung. Es geh tdarum, das Gleichgewicht zu finden, um die Musik interessant zu halten.â?? -

Formed in 2005 in Sundsvall, Sweden, Technical Metal Masters Soreption are known for their razor-sharp technical riffs, schizophrenic time signatures topped with catchy chugging grooves and intense vocals. From this they have created their signature sound, not yet replicated by any other modern band, with a strong following to back. The band's debut full-length Deterioration Of Minds brought major attention to the band as a formidable force in the genre. Deterioration Of Minds was released by Ninetone Records in 2010 and was re-released by Unique Leader Records in 2014, and their follow-up punishing album "Engineering the Void" was released February 2014 also on Unique Leader Records to critical acclaim. 2015 saw Soreption take their technical prowess to the masses, with tours supporting extreme metal machine Cryptopsy, tech-death masters Origin, and the legendary death metal giant Cannibal Corpse. Following the on-road success, the industry and fans sat up and took notice, resulting in the band signing with Sumerian Records in 2018 releasing their next full-length "Monument of the End in the late summer of that same year.
