Last Flight To Pluto are set to release their third album â??Random Karma, Fate and Destinyâ?? through White Knight Records on May 10th. A UK-based unit Last Flight To Pluto were founded in mid 2010s as a female-fronted project by Alice Freya (vocals and guitars). They say they had all known each other from playing in various other bands which crossed paths occasionally and also some mutual friendships prior to the formation. Their first album â??See You At The Endâ?? was self-released in 2015, followed by â??A Drop In The Oceanâ?? out via White Knight Records in 2019. Writers Freya and Darren Joseph are joined again by guitarists Jack Parry and Ryan Barnard, plus old friends Ed Rees and George Jones (Son Of Man) with a guest appearance from Rob Reed on the opening track - Stop Yourself From Turning Into Dust, a song about a futuristic witch, sent back in time to warn us of a grim future if we donâ??t change things now. â??Random Karma, Fate and Destinyâ?? is a 9 song album, coming in at around 54 minutes in length. It features Rachel Edwardsâ?? artwork on the cover and Neil Alexanderâ??s art inside the booklet. Each track has its own individual drawing representing its meaning. Alice Freya â??Weâ??ve taken a different approach again, we stripped everything back and allowed more space for me to sing, which is something that I felt really needed to happen this time round. Musically thereâ??s still a lot going on, but I think the songs are packing a bigger punch than anything weâ??ve done before, because weâ??ve made room for melodies and hooks whilst keeping hold of our progressive roots. After all, some of the biggest tracks in prog are easily sang along to, they make you feel a part of the song by telling a story through their lyrics, a simple line can sum up a point in your life whether itâ??s a good or bad time, it can really bring out your sentimentality to that period and thatâ??s the way I want to connect with our audienceâ? - .. DESTINY

Hailing from Wales, the land of castles and dragons, All Secrets Known is the debut album from The Mighty Ra and there is prog pedigree in the band, Andy was the vocal and guitar in Ezra, releasing three albums and regulars at the Classic Rock Society gigs. Andy also performed and recorded with The Fyreworks and appears on albums by Cyan and Last Flight To Pluto. Rob Wilsher is a founding member of Multi Story and guests on other notable prog albums. Completing the line-up is the solid rhythm section of Dave Rowe and Rob Griffiths, Dave has shared the stage with some major rock acts and Rob also brings a wealth of musical knowledge from years of live and studio performances.
