This is Michelle Conte's (jazz guitarist Mark Elf's sister) debut recording. With marvelous intonation and a smooth style, she sings the melody, not around it! Michelle brings to the female vocal world a refreshing sound with a true understanding of the lyrics. She's a native of Long Island, N.Y. and now lives and sings in the San Francisco Bay Area.
