Description:The Rockhouse Ramblers, who began largely as a cover band, are a St. Louis "all star" outfit consisting of present and former members of some of the city's best roots acts. The group features Dade Farrar (formerly of One Fell Swoop), Kip Loui (Belle Star), John Horton (Mike Ireland and Holler), Gary Hunt (The Hayshakers) and Danny Kathriner (Wagon). Together they create playful, smooth, authentic country music that swings at times and always has a wholesome bite of alt/twang. It's been said that the Rockhouse Ramblers turn any place they play into a honky tonk bar from long ago.
