Buddha Of Suburbia (2021 Remaster) - Originally released on November 8, 1993, The Buddha of Suburbia is David Bowie's 19th studio album. After meeting with Hanif Kureishi, author of the 1990 novel of the same name, Bowie decided to score a British television adaptation of Kureishi's novel. The soundtrack album was poorly promoted and fell into obscurity, until it was reissued in 2007. It is one of Bowie's least known works, yet it is also one of his most innovative and captivating.
"The Buddha Of Suburbia (2021 Remaster)" is a reissued CD of David Bowie's acclaimed 1993 album, now presented with enhanced sound quality by Parlophone Label Group (PLG). Originally composed as the soundtrack for the BBC TV series of the same name, this album stands out in Bowie's discography for its experimental blend of rock, pop, jazz, and ambient influences. The remastered edition brings new clarity to tracks like "Buddha of Suburbia" and "Strangers When We Meet," offering both longtime fans and newcomers an immersive listening experience. David Bowie was one of music's most influential figures, known for his chameleonic artistry across genres and decades. With iconic albums such as "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust," "Heroes," and "Let's Dance," Bowie has left an indelible mark on popular culture worldwide. Parlophone Label Group (PLG) is renowned for its commitment to high-quality releases from legendary artists; their meticulous approach ensures that classic works are preserved with care for future generations.

Eugene S. - 08/Apr/2025 5 of 5 Stars!
The nineteenth studio album[a] by the English musician David Bowie, originally released on 8 November 1993. Bowie himself named it his favourite album in 2003. I recommend.
