« Flow » est un album marquant du groupe norvégien de metal progressif Conception, édité au format CD par le label Noise Records en 1997. Cet opus illustre l?évolution musicale du groupe vers des sonorités plus mélodiques et expérimentales tout en conservant leur virtuosité technique caractéristique. Des titres comme « Gethsemane », « Cardinal Sin » ou encore la chanson éponyme « Flow » mettent en avant des guitares sophistiquées alliées à une voix puissante et des claviers atmosphériques saisissants. Mené par le chanteur renommé Roy Khan (plus tard membre de Kamelot), Conception s?est imposé depuis la fin des années 80 comme une référence dans le métal progressif avec notamment les albums « Parallel Minds » et « In Your Multitude ». Le label allemand Noise Records joue un rôle clé sur la scène rock/metal européenne depuis les années quatre-vingt ; il est reconnu pour avoir lancé de grands noms tels que Helloween ou Kreator.
