Hit Parade is an album by Wedding Present, released in 2022. Hit Parade includes a.o. the following tracks: â??Blue Eyesâ?, â??Threeâ?, â??Loveslaveâ?, â??Stickyâ? and more. The indie album is available in the following configurations: - 2-CD, Reissue - 4-LP, Lp+Cd - 2LP+2CD

Double vinyl LP pressing. In 1992, The Wedding Present decided to release a limited edition single every month, each featuring an original track on the A side and a cover on the B side. The tracks were compiled as two LPs called Hit Parade 1 and Hit Parade 2 and re-released as a double CD in 2003 called The Hit Parade. The plan to release 12 singles in a year was an attempt to match Elvis Presley's record of 12 top 40 singles in a year which he had achieved in 1957. The singles, each in an edition of 10,000, were deleted soon after release. They were critically acclaimed and each charted in the top 40. This 2022 CD edition contains the same tracklist as the LP counterpart and original CD but replaces the original sleeve with new artwork combining the individual single sleeves.

Issued in a gatefold sleeve. The images in the gatefold show the original 7" labels, release date, highest UK chart positions. Vinyl discs held in top opening gloss inner sleeves of thin card. CDs held in paper pockets with a window. On discs: "For promotional use only ? Not for sale". Hype sticker applied to the shrink-wrap. Some autographed copies were made available from Scopitones. These copies may come with the shrink-wrap in situ but partially opened. The two CDs have the same tracks as the vinyl. Runouts are hand etched excepting the GZ Media data which is laser etched.
