Their debut album "Scorn Defeat," released on Deathlike Silence Productions (the label founded by Euronymous of Mayhem), established them as pioneers outside the Western scene. Over three decades, Sigh has built a cult following worldwide thanks to albums like "Imaginary Sonicscape" and "Heir to Despair," earning critical acclaim for pushing musical boundaries. Peaceville Records is renowned within the heavy music community for its commitment to quality releases across doom, death, gothic, and black metal genres. Founded in England during the late 1980s, Peaceville has been home to legendary bands such as My Dying Bride, Katatonia, Darkthrone, Paradise Lost?and now continues its tradition of supporting groundbreaking artists like Sigh.
