Nachdem das inzwischen aufgelÃ¶ste Label Rage of Achilles diese Songs auf einer Mini-CD herausgebracht hatte, begann Omnium Gatherum eine Karriere, die sie durch neun Alben auf mehreren groÃ?en Labels gefÃ¼hrt hat und keine Anzeichen einer Verlangsamung zeigt. Aus diesem Anlass hat Filthy Horde Productions, das eigene Label der Band, entschieden, dass es an der Zeit ist, die DebÃ¼tverÃ¶ffentlichung als 12-Inch-Minialbum herauszubringen, und Svart Records beauftragt, bei der eigentlichen Produktion zu helfen. Die FrÃ¼chte dieser BemÃ¼hungen, eine limitierte 12â??-LP, so wie sie gewesen wÃ¤re, wenn das damalige Label der Band, Rage of Achilles, sie 2002 auf Vinyl verÃ¶ffentlicht hÃ¤tte, soll am 2. Vinyl LP pressing. 2022 has been a historically remarkable year in many ways, one of them being that the recorded legacy of Finland's top melodic death metal export Omnium Gatherum turns 20. After the now-defunct label Rage of Achilles put these songs out on a mini-CD, Omnium Gatherum embarked on a career that has taken them through eight albums on several large labels and shows no sign of slowing down. To mark the occasion the band's own label imprint Filthy Horde decided it's time to bring the debut release out as a 12" mini album.

"Steal The Light" is the latest LP from Finnish melodic death metal masters Omnium Gatherum, released by Svart Records.
