On the first CD contains, the debut album by BRUTAL VERSCHIMMELT, a classic of German punk history. Brutal Verschimmelt, who specialized in fast punk (as in "6 Mio"), but also thrash ("Hey Mann_") and slower, driving numbers ("No"). Most of the songs are catchy, the lyrics are both political and satirical, and the ultra-raw production accentuates and highlights all of their strengths. The second CD is the recording of the 'Schlechtes von Gestern LP' that came about on the occasion of a flat share party. The band came together again in 86, a video was recorded of this last concert, of which the band knew nothing until 2012. The recordings were taken from the video, edited and are now on this `CD. Two songs are unreleased to date. No doubt without an absolute contemporary document! -
