| | Description: | November 2022 marks the 40th Anniversary of the German version of Peter Schillingâ??s first album Error In The System and the release of his single Major Tom (Coming Home). The single was released in Germany back in Nov 1982 and became a worldwide hit with the English version Major Tom (Coming Home) released on 24th March, 1983. The song reached TOP 10
in single charts across Europe, TOP 15 in the US and New Zealand and was number 1 in Canada. To celebrate the anniversary, a new Best Of album is being released called Coming Home â?? 40 Years Of Major Tom, which includes 40 tracks in total â?? 20 German and 20 English tracks. The new Best of includes his most iconic tracks like Major Tom, Terra Titanic and The Different Story (World Of Lust In Crime) and were remastered for the first time. Additionally Schilling recorded 4 new tracks for the career spanning Best Of (all in German and English).
