Black, red & silver tri-color merge colored vinyl housed in a single pocket sleeve including a printed download code and a 20 page 7inch sized booklet with tons of old flyers, photos and other material. Tracks B1-B4 taken from from the 1992 demo "Persistance of Suffering". Recording information: Tracks A1-A4 recorded at Sleepless Nights Studio, Madison, Wisconsin on July 22-23. Tracks B5 and B6 recorded live on March 28th, 1998.
