Recorded January 2, 1962 ? 2013 2021 UMG Recordings Track 7 is a bonus track not on original LP. Released as a digibook with digipak style tray and attached 20-page booklet containing original liner notes, session and mastering photographs, illustrated information on the XRCD 24-Bit process, a page on Audio Wave Music, and personnel and reissue staff credits.
