Issued in a standard jewel case with clear tray and 16-page booklet, housed in a slipcase. Hype sticker text: "Featuring promo tape recordings from 1993 and the phenomenal cover version of Metallica's "Leper Messiah". "Leper Messiah" originally by [a18839]. Tracks 10 to 12 were not present on the original version published in 1995. [Booklet] Recorded in fourteen days during Spring 1994. Re-mastered in November 2022.
