Die Brightoner Punker The Bar Stool Preachers haben ihr brandneues Album "Above The Static" angekÃ¼ndigt, das Ã¼ber Pure Noise Records erscheint. Die zwÃ¶lf Songs, aus denen das beeindruckende dritte Album der Bar Stool Preachers "Above The Static" besteht, sollten nur Ideen sein, ein Leitfaden fÃ¼r das, was das eigentliche Album spÃ¤ter werden wÃ¼rde und kÃ¶nnte. Im April 2021 schlug die Band aus Brighton zusammen mit dem Produzenten Ben Hannah im The Waterloo, einem dreistÃ¶ckigen Pub/Veranstaltungsort in der nÃ¶rdlichen KÃ¼stenstadt Blackpool ihr Lager auf, um den Prozess zu beginnen der zur Aufnahme eines Albums fÃ¼hren sollte. Aber als sie sich den ersten Song â??Flatlined" anhÃ¶rten, den ersten Song, den sie dort auf Band aufnahmen, dÃ¤mmerte ihnen, dass er tatsÃ¤chlich wie das wie das fertige Produkt klang. The twelve songs that make up The Bar Stool Preachers' stunning third full-length, Above The Static, were only supposed to be ideas, a guide to what the actual album would and could later become. So in April 2021, together with producer Ben Hannah, the Brighton-based band set up camp at The Waterloo, a three-story pub/venue in the Northern seaside town of Blackpool, to begin the process that would lead to the process of making an album. But when they listened to 'Flatlined', the first song they committed to tape there, it dawned on them that it actually sounded like the finished product.
