Rexâ??s 1973 singles as highly- collectable limited edition 7â? picture discs, with photos from the Keith Morris archive. â?¢ The second release is â??The Grooverâ?, originally released in early June 1973. It peaked in the UK charts at number 4, while 10cc (â??Rubber Bulletsâ?), Fleetwood Mac (â??Albatrossâ?) and Suzi Quatro (â??Can The Canâ?) occupied the top three positions. â??The Grooverâ? stayed in the charts for nine weeks. â?¢ Neither â??The Grooverâ? or its B-side â??Midnightâ? appeared on the â??Zinc Alloyâ? album, released in January 1974. - 50TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION
