Description:The internal adapter AXAGON PCEM2-1U allows the connection of M.2 SSD hard drives to the computer via PCI-Express. Clever design and ultra-compact dimensions of the adapter allow a simple application in the computer that is not equipped with M.2 slot. The card is also ideal for Rack-1U servers and low profile cases. The unique design allows an application not only in x16 but also in x4 a x8 slots. The adapter supports the application of NVMe (PCI-Express) M.2 SSD hard drives, single and double sides. The adapter does not limit the SSD hard drive capacity and M.2 cards can be used in size up to 22x80 mm. Thanks to the PCI-Express 3.0 4-lane interface, speeds up to 8GBps can be achieved. Heat-conducting plates and copper-plated ventilation openings help to better dissipate the heat generated during operation of M.2 SSD hard drive.
