Description: | A debut CD release of Royâ??s first LP, featured here in its rare stereo version. It features him as a
singer, instrumentalist and tap dancer. The great Wally Stott's impeccable arrangements make the
album a lost classic. The set is expanded to feature all but one side of his Pye and Phillips singles
released between 1958 and 1962, most of which are also re-issued for the first time.
Featuring standards and songs written both for and by Roy, including his Christmas hit Little White
Berry, this set shows what an incredible talent he was and why he became such an institution on TV
radio and film for the rest of his life.
Remastered to Jasmineâ??s high standards, this is a celebration of the early career of a much-missed
national treasure. - A debut CD release of Roy's first LP, featured here in it's rare stereo version. It features him as a singer, instrumentalist and tap dancer.
