About the album The Reexistir album is divided into two parts. In the first 20 minutes, which go from the first to the sixth track, the songs address political, current and recurrent themes both in Brazilian society and in other western societies. In the second part, which starts with the seventh track, the songs bring themes that question introspection, bringing reflection on loneliness, imposed isolation, annulment and the hope for better days, even if swim upstream. PART I Emergência ? Portrays the beginning of the state of emergency that started in March 2020, how much a worldwide public calamity was of no use for some individuals in society not having changed their ways of thinking and acting in relation to others. Caos/Isolado - Brings harsh political criticism to rulers who use their positions to practice corruption and violations that they themselves say are against. Canção do Ódio ? It is the acceptance of chaos and fear, having as a guiding thread the story of the literary work, 1984, by the British writer George Orwell. Sem Cura ? It is a question about the quarantine, about the social isolation experienced in 2020 and 2021 and about the neglect of how life is treated by the authorities. Vaccinum - Talks about the race for vaccines that took place from 2020 to 2021, about science denialism and about anti-vax people. Sadista ? It is the apex of the revolt, brings in its lyrics strong criticism of dictators and anti-democratic governments, ending the political theme of the album. PART II Dissentimento ? Raises the question of whether the problems in our lives are caused by ourselves and if we changed our ways of living, this would be decisive for the necessary changes (that sometimes we do not even know which ones they are) to live in harmony. It talks about how we keep and hide opinions and divergences of ideas within ourselves to deprive people around us and ourselves of suffering and arguments.
