3-8 is listed as "Don't Waste My Time (New Extended Mix)" but plays the 'Breakers Mix Part 1', identical to track 3-10. 'New Extended Mix' (5:36), the main 12" version, can be found on the 12" single of "[m=41772]" and on the 2013 Hardcastle compilation "[r=4246132]".
3-9 is listed as "Don't Waste My Time (Essential Well-Hard Crucial Remix)", but is an edited version (3:48), previously released on the 2007 digital issue of "[r=3339792]", titled there 'Essential Well Hard Mix'. The full 'Crucial' remix (4:56) can be found on the remix 12" single of "[m=41772]".
3-13 is listed as "40 Years (Extended Version)", but is actually the very different unnamed version (5:50) released on the CD single "[r=643280]".
