 | Description: | â?¢ In 1991, the Pet Shop Boys founded their own record label, Spaghetti Recordings, and their first signing was 21 year old David Cicero; the album â??Future Boyâ??, completely written by Cicero, was released a year later with significant input by the Pet Shop Boys on key tracks. They had a production, co-producer or mixing role on the songs â??That Loving Feelingâ??, â??Heaven Must Have Sent You Back To Meâ??, â??My Middle Class Lifeâ?? and â??Love Is Everywhereâ??. They also produced the last track Cicero ever recorded for Spaghetti Recordings, the non-album single â??Live For Todayâ??; this was a duet with seasoned session singer Sylvia Mason-James that featured on the soundtrack of â??The Crying Gameâ??. Neil Tennant is further awarded a general album credit as one of the backing vocalists throughout, as is Chris Lowe for his keyboards and programming contributions. â?¢ This is the first time that â??Future Boyâ?? has been re-issued as an expanded edition. This 2-disc, 26-track package is the definitive collection of all known Cicero tracks released during his Spaghetti Recordings years. Disc 1 contains the original album and all the experimental, techno-styled, sample-laden B-sides from his five Spaghetti Recordings singles. Disc 2 contains all the single edit, extended versions and variant remixes of the singles taken from the album as well as the non-album single, â??Live For Todayâ??. â?¢ Two of the mixes of â??Live For Todayâ??, the â??Club Mixâ?? and the â??Underground Dubâ?? were remixed by Judge Jules and there is an appearance by celebrated percussionist Pandit Dinesh on the album track â??Thenâ??. This special edition is presented in a mini-LP styled sleeve and is complete with a richly illustrated 16 page booklet with an all new introduction written by Cicero himself. - WHITE VINYL WITH EXCLUSIVE DVD 'CICEROVISION' (R0 NTSC)Limited edition LP comes exclusively packaged with a bonus DVD, 'Cicerovision!'.
