| | Description: | Fourth album of the Greek Power/Prog Metal band. Formed in the mid-90s, Fortress Under Siege from Athens deliver Power/Prog Metal that combines traditional Heavy Metal with technical and melodic power at the highest level. In 1996, FUS was one of the first Greek bands to combine Power Metal with Prog. Since then, 3 albums have been released: "The Mortal Flesh of Love" (2011), "Phoenix Rising" (2014), "Atlantis" (2020). . "Envy", their most powerful album to date, offers modern Power Metal without losing touch with their past. The lyrics again offer a great variety that deals with social, historical, science fiction and mythological themes. An original masterpiece by Ioannis Koutrikas graces the cover of the new record, an allegory of envy. After sharing the stage with bands like Accept, Hammerfall, Guano Apes, Serious Black and more, they will soon be touring again. The Power- Prog- Metal adventure continues. - "Envy (Digipak)" is the powerful CD release from Fortress Under Siege, a Greek progressive power metal band known for their intricate compositions and melodic prowess.
